Its activity covers: the design of websites and e-commerce sites (online stores), the development of web applications, the creation of automation tools and data processing, as well as digital marketing services (online advertising, search engine optimization, social media management).

Services are sold as fixed-price packages, described and displayed in euros (€) on the “Pricing” page of this website: Essential Store (€1,200), Custom App (€2,200), Automated Flows (€3,800) and Digital Growth (€1,800, a six-month package covering six months of service).

Orders are placed through online payment from the “Payment” page. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; Dahvivo LLC has no access to your card details. Full payment of the package constitutes acceptance of these terms of service and triggers the start of the ordered service.

Any payment can be fully refunded upon request sent by email within 14 days of the payment date. Practical details are described on the “Refund policy” page.

Deliverables produced under a package (code, content, configurations) are transferred to the client for the operation of their business, upon receipt of full payment.

Dahvivo LLC implements the means required for the proper performance of its services, but cannot be held liable for interruptions or failures of third-party services (hosting providers, advertising platforms, payment gateways) nor for the use made of the deliverables by the client after delivery.
